Entering the tank, the founders sought an investment of ₹30 lakh for 1% equity, valuing the company at ₹30 crore. During the negotiations, the sharks discussed the brand’s craftsmanship, market opportunity, and scalability, while also examining manufacturing costs and margins in a niche but passionate category.

After deliberations, Amit Jain presented a counter offer of ₹10 lakh for 3% equity, along with ₹20 lakh as debt at 12% interest for a tenure of three years. Recognising the strategic value of Amit Jain’s mentorship and industry experience, the founders accepted the offer, successfully closing the deal on the show.
