Stable Money Raises $25 Mn Pre-Series C to Expand Fixed-Return Wealthtech Offerings
Bengaluru-based wealthtech startup Stable Money has raised $25 million (approximately ₹226.8 crore) in a Pre-Series C funding round led by Peak XV Partners. The round also saw strong participation from existing investors, including Z47, RTP Global, Lightspeed, and Fundamentum Partnership, underscoring continued confidence in the company’s vision and execution.
Founded in 2022 by Saurabh Jain and Harish Reddy, Stable Money focuses on simplifying access to fixed-return and low-risk investment products for retail investors. The platform enables users to invest in instruments such as fixed deposits, debt mutual funds, and bonds, offering predictable, inflation-beating returns—an increasingly attractive proposition amid market volatility.

Speaking to VOE Media, cofounder Saurabh Jain shared that the fresh capital will be deployed across multiple strategic priorities. A significant portion will be used to scale marketing efforts to reach a broader base of conservative and first-time investors. Additionally, Stable Money plans to expand its product portfolio by introducing new wealthtech offerings designed to cater to risk-averse customers seeking stability over speculation.
Another key focus area is partnerships. “Right now, we have 13 banks and NBFCs on the platform, and we are adding seven more banks and NBFCs by the end of this year,” Jain said. Strengthening these partnerships will allow Stable Money to widen its investment universe, improve yield options, and enhance trust through reputed financial institutions.

Stable Money operates in a competitive wealthtech landscape, going up against established players such as Groww, Zerodha Coin, and Upstox. However, the startup differentiates itself by focusing squarely on capital protection, predictable returns, and simplicity, rather than high-frequency trading or speculative assets.
As more Indian investors prioritise financial security and steady wealth creation, Stable Money is positioning itself as a trusted gateway to low-risk investment products. With strong investor backing, expanding institutional partnerships, and a clear product roadmap, Stable Money is well-placed to play a leading role in shaping the future of fixed-return investing in India’s fast-evolving wealthtech ecosystem.
