HealthFab Raises ₹20 Cr Series A to Scale Sustainable Women’s Health Solutions
Women’s health startup HealthFab has raised ₹20 crore in a Series A funding round, led by Atomic Capital. The fresh capital will be used to expand its product portfolio, strengthen distribution, and scale operations as the company deepens its presence in India’s growing women’s health and hygiene market.
Founded in 2019 by Kiriti Acharjee, Sourav Chakrabarty, and Satyajit Chakraborty, HealthFab gained national attention after being featured on Shark Tank India. The company offers innovative, reusable, and leak-proof period underwear under its flagship brand GoPadFree, positioning it as a sustainable alternative to traditional sanitary products.

HealthFab has already built a strong community of over 5 lakh women users, driven by increasing awareness around sustainability, comfort, and long-term cost savings. The company reports 3x year-on-year revenue growth, supported by strong repeat purchases through its direct-to-consumer (D2C) channel. This traction reflects a broader shift in consumer preferences toward eco-friendly and health-conscious personal care products.
The newly raised funds will be deployed to scale manufacturing capabilities, ensuring consistent quality and meeting rising demand. Additionally, HealthFab plans to expand its distribution footprint by entering quick commerce platforms and general trade, making its products more accessible to a wider audience across India.

Looking ahead, the startup aims to reach 50 lakh users over the next three years, while building a comprehensive ecosystem focused on women’s health. This includes exploring new product categories and solutions that address broader health and hygiene needs.
HealthFab’s mission goes beyond just product innovation; it seeks to drive a cultural shift by encouraging open conversations around menstrual health and promoting sustainable alternatives. By combining functionality, affordability, and environmental responsibility, the company is redefining how women approach period care.
With strong investor backing and a clear growth roadmap, HealthFab is well-positioned to scale its impact and become a leading player in India’s women’s health segment. As demand for sustainable solutions continues to rise, the startup’s focus on innovation and accessibility could play a pivotal role in shaping the future of feminine hygiene in the country.
