GetVantage Raises ₹63 Crore to Expand Embedded Finance Solutions for India’s Growing MSME Ecosystem

Embedded finance startup GetVantage has secured ₹63 crore in a Series A1 funding round, combining both debt and equity, as it strengthens its mission to make business financing faster, smarter, and more accessible for India’s rapidly growing MSME sector. The round was co-led by Rajeev Ahuja, former Managing Director of RBL Bank, and SanRaj Group, with participation from existing investors including Chiratae Ventures, Varanium Fintech Fund, and VCMint.

Founded by Bhavik Vasa and Amit Srivastava, GetVantage has emerged as one of India’s leading embedded finance platforms, helping digital businesses integrate financing solutions directly into their ecosystems. Instead of requiring merchants to approach banks through lengthy approval processes, the platform enables businesses to access working capital seamlessly through the platforms they already use.

The newly raised capital will primarily be deployed to accelerate the growth of Capital Gateway, GetVantage’s embedded finance platform designed for marketplaces, B2B commerce platforms, logistics companies, and digital ecosystems. The platform enables these businesses to offer financing directly to their merchants, creating a smoother and more efficient funding experience while strengthening merchant relationships.

In addition to scaling Capital Gateway, the company plans to expand its cash flow-based financing solutions tailored specifically for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Unlike traditional lending models that rely heavily on collateral and historical financial statements, cash flow-based financing evaluates the ongoing business performance and transaction data of merchants, allowing faster credit decisions and greater financial inclusion.

GetVantage also intends to launch new seller financing partnerships across leading digital commerce platforms. As India’s digital economy continues to expand, millions of online sellers require quick access to working capital for inventory purchases, marketing campaigns, logistics, and seasonal demand. Embedded financing addresses this need by delivering capital exactly where businesses operate, eliminating much of the friction associated with conventional lending.

India’s embedded finance market has witnessed remarkable growth over the past few years, driven by increasing digital adoption among MSMEs, rapid expansion of e-commerce, and growing demand for flexible funding options. Financial services are increasingly becoming an integrated part of digital platforms, allowing businesses to access loans, insurance, payments, and financial products without leaving their operational ecosystem.

The participation of experienced banking leaders and institutional investors in this funding round reflects rising confidence in the embedded finance sector. Investors recognize that digital lending platforms with strong technology infrastructure and data-driven underwriting models have the potential to transform how small businesses access credit.

With fresh funding, an expanding partner ecosystem, and a clear focus on empowering India’s entrepreneurial community, GetVantage is well-positioned to strengthen its leadership in embedded finance. As more businesses embrace digital commerce and platform-based operations, solutions like Capital Gateway are expected to play a crucial role in improving access to capital, enabling sustainable growth, and accelerating financial inclusion for millions of MSMEs across the country.
