Troovy Raises ₹100 Crore in Series B Funding Led by Fireside Ventures to Accelerate Growth
Troovy, a Gurugram-based healthy snacking brand, has raised ₹100 crore in a Series B funding round led by Fireside Ventures. The round also saw participation from Sharrp Ventures and other investors, providing the company with fresh capital to strengthen its operations and expand its presence in India’s growing healthy food market.
Founded in 2023 by Mansi Baranwal and Aditya Mukherjee, Troovy offers a range of food products, including snacks, sauces, spreads and millet pasta. The brand focuses on providing consumers with healthier food alternatives across everyday eating occasions.

The latest funding will support Troovy’s next phase of growth, with investments planned across research and development (R&D), manufacturing capacity and distribution. The company also intends to expand its product portfolio to reach more consumers and respond to evolving preferences around nutrition, convenience and food quality.
A key priority for Troovy will be strengthening its manufacturing capabilities to support increasing demand and facilitate the launch of new products. Investment in R&D is expected to help the company develop additional offerings while improving its existing range.

The company also plans to expand its distribution across quick-commerce platforms and offline retail channels. Quick commerce has become an increasingly important route to market for consumer brands in India, enabling customers to discover and purchase everyday products with faster delivery. By building a stronger presence across digital and physical channels, Troovy aims to improve product accessibility and reach a wider customer base.
According to the company, Troovy grew fivefold in the eight months following its previous investment. The reported growth highlights the momentum the brand has built since its launch and provides a foundation for its next stage of expansion.

India’s healthy food and snacking market has been attracting growing interest as consumers explore alternatives to conventional packaged snacks. Demand for convenient food options, ingredient transparency and products positioned around better nutrition has created opportunities for emerging brands to develop differentiated offerings.
However, scaling in the food and beverage sector requires more than consumer interest. Companies must establish reliable supply chains, maintain consistent product quality, manage manufacturing costs and build distribution networks that support repeat purchases.

For Troovy, the ₹100 crore Series B round provides additional resources to address these priorities while pursuing portfolio expansion. The company’s ability to combine product innovation with stronger manufacturing and wider distribution will be important in sustaining its growth.
With backing from Fireside Ventures, Sharrp Ventures and other investors, Troovy is positioning itself to expand its footprint in India’s competitive healthy snacking category and build a broader consumer food brand.
