Luxury Watch Brand Rotoris Raises $8.5 Million in Series A Funding Led by Blume Ventures
Rotoris, an emerging luxury watch brand, has raised ₹70 crore (approximately $8.5 million) in a Series A funding round led by Blume Ventures. The round also saw participation from existing and new investors, including 9Unicorns, Centricity, family offices associated with Diwakar Goel, Atul Singh and Adhiraj Burman, along with actor and entrepreneur Rannvijay Singha.
Founded by Prerna Gupta and Aakash Anand, Rotoris is building a premium watch brand centred on exclusivity, limited-edition collections and a community-driven ownership experience. The company operates through an invitation-only access model called the Registry, which allows prospective customers to register for access to its collections.
The funding marks an important milestone for the young company as it looks to build its presence in India’s evolving luxury consumer market and attract customers beyond domestic borders.

Rotoris launched its first collection in February 2026, comprising 2,100 individually numbered watches. According to the company, the entire collection sold out within days of launch, indicating strong initial demand for its products. Since then, nearly 100,000 people have registered for access to the brand, with approximately 40% of the demand coming from outside India.
The response highlights the potential for Indian consumer brands to build international audiences by combining distinctive product design with carefully managed access and a strong brand identity. Rotoris’ Registry model places exclusivity at the centre of its customer acquisition strategy, creating a controlled entry point for consumers interested in its limited-edition watches.

With Blume Ventures leading the Series A round, Rotoris gains additional capital and investor support as it works to develop its brand and expand its reach. The participation of venture capital firms, family offices and a prominent entertainment industry figure also reflects a broader mix of investor interest in India’s premium consumer businesses.
India’s luxury and premium lifestyle segment has been attracting entrepreneurs seeking to create homegrown brands for consumers who increasingly value product differentiation, craftsmanship and brand storytelling. However, establishing a sustainable position in the luxury watch market requires consistent product quality, strong customer trust and the ability to maintain exclusivity while scaling operations.
For Rotoris, the next phase will involve building on the momentum of its debut collection and converting growing interest into long-term customer relationships. Its ability to sustain demand, develop future collections and strengthen its international appeal will be important as the brand grows.
