Deccan AI Raises $25 Million to Power Next-Gen AI Infrastructure for Enterprises
Emerging AI infrastructure startup Deccan AI has successfully raised $25 million (approximately ₹235 crore) in a fresh funding round led by A91 Partners, with participation from global investor Susquehanna and existing backer Prosus Ventures. The investment marks a significant milestone for the young startup as it accelerates its mission to build robust, enterprise-grade AI infrastructure.
Founded in 2023 by Rukesh Reddy, Deccan AI focuses on the post-training and production layers of artificial intelligence models, a critical yet often underserved segment in the AI value chain. While much of the industry attention has been on model development, Deccan AI is tackling the equally important challenge of making AI models reliable, scalable, and enterprise-ready.

The company plans to deploy the fresh capital towards scaling post-training data capabilities, strengthening its research and development efforts, and building advanced enterprise-grade infrastructure. A key focus area will also be expanding datasets and solutions tailored for enterprise use cases and robotics, reflecting the growing demand for AI applications beyond traditional domains.
Deccan AI’s platform enables enterprises to train, evaluate, and deploy AI models efficiently, offering solutions across multiple advanced domains such as agentic workflows, coding systems, functional streams, and robotics applications. This positions the startup as a critical enabler for businesses looking to integrate AI deeply into their operations.

Currently, the company offers three core products:
- STARK RL Environments – designed to enhance reinforcement learning capabilities
- Helix Evaluations – focused on benchmarking and improving model performance
- EnterpriseOS Agents – enabling intelligent automation for enterprise workflows
These products collectively address the growing need for reliable AI deployment frameworks, especially as enterprises move from experimentation to large-scale implementation.

The funding comes at a time when global demand for AI infrastructure and deployment solutions is surging. As organizations increasingly adopt AI, the need for robust post-training systems, evaluation tools, and scalable deployment layers has become more critical than ever.
By focusing on this niche, Deccan AI is positioning itself as a key player in the AI infrastructure ecosystem, bridging the gap between cutting-edge AI research and real-world enterprise applications.
With strong investor backing, a clear product vision, and a rapidly evolving AI landscape, Deccan AI is well-poised to drive the next phase of AI adoption, where performance, reliability, and scalability define success.
