Euler Motors Raises ₹437.5 Crore to Accelerate EV Adoption in Commercial Logistics

Electric commercial vehicle manufacturer Euler Motors has raised ₹437.5 crore ($47 million) in its Series E funding round, led by new investor Lightrock. The round also saw participation from existing investors Hero MotoCorp and Blume Ventures.

In addition to equity funding, the company has secured approximately ₹250 crore ($26.6 million) in debt financing from leading venture debt firms, including BlackSoil, Trifecta Capital, InnoVen Capital, and Alteria Capital. This combined capital infusion positions Euler Motors strongly for its next phase of expansion.

Founded in 2018 by Saurav Kumar, Euler Motors focuses on building electric three- and four-wheeler commercial vehicles tailored for last-mile logistics. As e-commerce and hyperlocal delivery demand continue to surge, the need for cost-efficient and sustainable transportation solutions has never been greater, placing Euler Motors at the forefront of this transition.

The company plans to utilize the fresh funds to expand its product portfolio, catering to a wider range of commercial use cases. It will also invest heavily in enhancing its manufacturing capacity, enabling it to meet increasing demand from logistics operators and fleet owners across the country.

Its vehicles are designed to handle the rigours of daily logistics operations, offering higher payload capacity, longer range, and lower operating costs compared to traditional internal combustion engine (ICE) vehicles.
