Wishlink Raises $17.5 Mn Series B to Power the Next Wave of Creator-Led Commerce in India

Creator commerce startup Wishlink has raised $17.5 million in its Series B funding round, led by Vertex Ventures Southeast Asia & India, with continued participation from existing investors Fundamentum and Elevation Capital. The latest raise marks a strong vote of confidence in Wishlink’s vision of building scalable, performance-driven creator commerce infrastructure for India.

Founded in 2022 by Shaurya Gupta, Divyansh Ameta, and Chandan Yadav, the Gurugram-based startup enables creators to monetise their content seamlessly by plugging directly into platforms like Instagram and YouTube. Wishlink allows consumers to shop creator recommendations across major marketplaces, including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Meesho, and Shopsy, all through a single, creator-friendly interface.

The Series B round comes less than a year after Wishlink raised $7 million in February 2024, underscoring the rapid growth of influencer-led commerce in India. The startup claims to support over 40,000 monthly active creators who collectively generate more than 300,000 pieces of content every month. These creators reportedly drive over 6 million orders and ₹350 crore-plus in monthly sales for partner brands, highlighting the platform’s growing impact beyond metro cities and into Bharat’s emerging creator economy.

Wishlink’s success lies in its ability to bridge the gap between content and commerce. By turning everyday creator recommendations into trackable, shoppable links, the platform enables brands to measure real performance while allowing creators to earn transparently at scale. This data-led approach is increasingly attractive to brands seeking ROI-driven influencer marketing rather than vanity metrics.

The fresh capital will be used to strengthen Wishlink’s technology stack further, introduce new monetisation and content-editing tools for creators, and sharpen performance-intelligence dashboards for brands. The company also plans to expand its sales, product, and engineering teams to support growing demand.

As India’s creator economy matures and commerce shifts from ads to authentic recommendations, Wishlink is positioning itself as critical infrastructure for the next phase of digital retail, where creators are not just influencers but powerful distribution channels driving real business outcomes.
