Asaya Raises ₹88 Crore in Series A at ₹400 Crore Valuation
Home and lifestyle brand Asaya has raised ₹88 crore in a Series A funding round led by RPSG Capital, marking a significant milestone in the company’s growth journey. The round also saw participation from OTP Ventures, Huddle Ventures, Hyperscale Ventures and 72 Ventures.
Founded in 2021 by Neeraj Biyani, Eeti Sharma and Mandeep Singh Bhatia, Asaya has built a growing consumer brand with a focus on developing products for modern households. Following the latest funding round, the company’s valuation has reached approximately ₹400 crore, nearly three times its previous valuation.

The latest investment comes as Asaya looks to accelerate its expansion across multiple channels while strengthening its product development capabilities. The company plans to deploy the fresh capital towards research and development, new product lines, quick-commerce expansion, offline retail growth and team building.
A key focus of the funding will be innovation. Around 20% of the fresh capital is earmarked for R&D, highlighting Asaya’s emphasis on developing differentiated products and strengthening its long-term competitive position. Investment in R&D is expected to support the company’s upcoming product pipeline and help it expand into new categories.

Asaya has already established a significant distribution footprint, reaching more than 18,000 pin codes across India. This network provides the company with a strong foundation to scale its consumer business and expand its presence beyond major metropolitan markets.
The company is currently operating at an annual revenue run rate of approximately ₹100 crore and has set an ambitious target of reaching ₹200 crore in ARR within the next 18 months. The new funding is expected to play an important role in achieving this goal by supporting both geographic expansion and deeper penetration across online and offline channels.

The company’s plans also include strengthening its presence in quick commerce, a rapidly growing channel for consumer brands seeking faster product discovery and delivery. At the same time, Asaya intends to expand its offline footprint, creating a broader omnichannel presence and bringing its products closer to consumers.
The participation of multiple institutional investors in the Series A round reflects growing confidence in Asaya’s business model, product strategy and expansion potential. With its valuation reaching ₹400 crore and a clear roadmap for product innovation and distribution expansion, the company is entering an important phase of growth.
With ₹88 crore in fresh capital, an ₹100 crore revenue run rate, 18,000+ pin codes served and a ₹200 crore ARR target, Asaya is now focused on building a larger, more innovative and widely accessible consumer brand in India.
