HomeRun Raises ₹60 Cr in Series A to Transform Quick Commerce for Construction & Home Improvement
HomeRun, a fast-growing quick commerce platform focused on construction and home-improvement materials, has raised ₹60 crore ($6.6 million) in a Series A funding round led by Sorin Investments. The round also saw participation from Titan Capital Winners Fund, Sparrow Capital, Consumer Collective by Atrium, and Helios Holdings.
Founded with the vision of modernizing India’s fragmented construction supply chain, HomeRun enables contractors, builders, and homeowners to order construction and home-improvement materials with speed, reliability, and transparency. By leveraging a quick-commerce model, the platform ensures faster deliveries compared to traditional suppliers, reducing project delays and improving on-site efficiency.

The newly raised capital will be deployed to expand HomeRun’s presence into new cities, significantly broaden its product catalogue, and enhance its delivery and logistics technology. With construction timelines becoming increasingly tight, HomeRun aims to offer predictable delivery slots, real-time order tracking, and seamless fulfillment across categories such as cement, steel, plumbing, electricals, hardware, and finishing materials.
India’s construction and home-improvement market is vast yet largely unorganized, often dependent on offline vendors, manual procurement, and inconsistent supply. HomeRun is addressing these challenges by building a technology-first platform that simplifies procurement while ensuring competitive pricing and dependable service. The company’s focus on last-mile logistics and inventory intelligence is helping it stand out in a traditionally low-tech sector.

Commenting on the funding, the leadership at HomeRun highlighted that the backing from marquee investors validates the company’s mission to become the go-to quick commerce platform for construction professionals. The investors, in turn, expressed confidence in HomeRun’s execution capability, strong unit economics, and ability to scale efficiently in a high-demand market.
As urbanization accelerates and renovation activity increases across India, the demand for fast, reliable access to construction and home-improvement materials is expected to grow rapidly. With fresh capital, strategic investor support, and a clear expansion roadmap, HomeRun is well-positioned to redefine how India builds, bringing speed and certainty to one of the country’s most critical industries.
