Founded with the mission to build next-generation semiconductor solutions, Vervesemi Microelectronics focuses on machine learning–powered analog signal chain chips. These chips play a critical role in enabling smarter, more efficient data processing at the edge, especially in applications such as industrial automation, automotive electronics, IoT devices, and advanced consumer electronics. By combining analog design expertise with machine learning capabilities, the company aims to deliver higher performance, lower power consumption, and improved reliability—key requirements for modern semiconductor systems.

The newly raised capital will be strategically deployed across three core areas.
First, Vervesemi plans to accelerate the commercialisation of its ML-powered analog signal chain products. This includes refining designs, strengthening validation processes, and preparing products for large-scale customer adoption.

Second, the company will focus on moving its current silicon chips into production and testing. This phase is crucial for transitioning from prototype to mass-ready silicon, ensuring robust performance, manufacturability, and compliance with global quality standards.
