Unlike traditional ride-hailing platforms that charge drivers a commission on every ride, Namma Yatri operates on an open mobility framework designed to empower drivers while offering transparent pricing for riders. This model allows drivers to keep a larger share of their earnings while providing affordable ride options to users.

The platform currently operates across major cities, including Bengaluru, Delhi NCR, and Chennai, where it has built a strong community of drivers and passengers who prefer its fair and transparent system. By focusing on driver welfare and community-driven growth, the company is gradually building an alternative to traditional ride-hailing marketplaces.
