KREO Raises ₹6.5 Cr Seed Funding, Secures Shark Tank India Deal With Ritesh Agarwal

Indian consumer electronics brand KREO, built for gamers and content creators, continues its strong growth journey with a combination of strategic funding and national television exposure. The brand has raised approximately ₹6.5 Crore ($0.79–0.8 Mn) in seed funding, led by Sauce.VC in May 2023, and most recently secured a high-impact deal on Shark Tank India in February 2026.

During its Shark Tank appearance, KREO impressed the sharks with its clear focus on India’s fast-growing creator and gaming economy. The company closed a deal with Ritesh Agarwal, who invested ₹1 Crore for 1% equity, along with an additional ₹1 Crore as debt. The investment marks a major milestone for the brand as it scales its product portfolio and deepens its community-led approach.

Founded by gamer-turned-entrepreneur Ishan Sukul, KREO was born out of firsthand frustration with the lack of high-quality, accessible hardware tailored for Indian gamers and digital creators. “Having spent countless hours immersed in PC games and creating content, I saw a gap in the market,” said Sukul, Co-Founder and CEO of KREO. “At KREO, we aim to empower gamers and creators with reliable, performance-driven products while building a community they genuinely feel part of.”
