Aerchain Raises $13 Million to Transform Enterprise Procurement with AI
Enterprise AI startup Aerchain has raised $13 million (approximately ₹118 crore) in its Series A funding round, led by Pavestone, with participation from IndiaMART and other investors. The funding marks a significant milestone as the company continues to redefine how enterprises manage procurement operations.
Founded in 2019 by Harsha Kadimisetty and Himavanth Jasti, Aerchain is building a next-generation platform aimed at streamlining procurement processes for enterprises. Traditionally, procurement teams spend a large portion of their time on repetitive and low-value tasks such as vendor coordination, approvals, and manual data handling. Aerchain addresses this challenge through its AI-powered platform, enabling organizations to automate routine workflows and focus on strategic decision-making.

At the core of Aerchain’s offering is its proprietary platform, described as a “Spend Operating System”, which transforms procurement from a reactive cost center into a strategic business driver. By leveraging artificial intelligence and automation, the platform helps enterprises optimize spending, improve compliance, and unlock cost efficiencies across their procurement functions.
The platform empowers procurement professionals to shift their focus from operational execution to high-impact activities such as supplier strategy, risk management, and cost optimization. This shift is becoming increasingly important as businesses seek greater efficiency and control over their supply chains in a dynamic global environment.

With the newly raised capital, Aerchain plans to further enhance its AI capabilities, making its platform more intelligent, predictive, and scalable. The company aims to introduce advanced features such as automated decision-making, deeper analytics, and real-time insights to help enterprises make faster and more informed procurement decisions.
In addition to product innovation, Aerchain is also focused on expanding its global footprint, targeting international markets where demand for AI-driven enterprise solutions is growing rapidly. As organizations worldwide continue to digitize their operations, the need for smart procurement platforms is expected to rise significantly.

The participation of investors like IndiaMART highlights the growing importance of digital procurement ecosystems in enabling seamless business transactions and supplier management.
With strong investor backing, a clear product vision, and increasing enterprise adoption, Aerchain is well-positioned to become a global leader in AI-powered procurement solutions. As businesses continue to prioritize efficiency and cost optimization, platforms like Aerchain are set to play a critical role in shaping the future of enterprise operations.
