VerbaFlo AI Raises $7 Million to Transform Real Estate Operations with Conversational AI

Real estate-focused AI startup VerbaFlo AI has raised $7 million (approximately ₹64 crore) in a seed funding round led by Pi Labs, with participation from Haatch, Navigate Ventures, Old College Capital, and a group of global family offices.

With this latest investment, VerbaFlo’s total funding has reached approx $10 million, including $2.5 million raised in its pre-seed round in 2024 from Downing Family and other investors.

Founded in 2024 by Sayantan Biswas, Abhishek Garg, VP Singh, and Dan Smith, VerbaFlo AI is building a next-generation conversational AI platform designed specifically for the real estate sector. The startup aims to simplify and automate critical workflows for developers, property managers, and real estate operators.

The platform leverages AI-powered conversational agents to automate key processes such as leasing, customer engagement, and operational support. These intelligent agents can interact with prospective tenants, answer queries, schedule property visits, and assist with ongoing tenant communication, significantly reducing manual effort and response time.

In the real estate industry, managing customer interactions and operational workflows can be resource-intensive and fragmented. VerbaFlo addresses this challenge by offering a centralized AI-driven communication layer, enabling real estate businesses to improve efficiency while delivering a seamless user experience.

With the newly raised capital, the company plans to expand its presence in the United States and other global markets, where demand for proptech solutions is growing rapidly. The startup will also focus on scaling its team across engineering, product, and business functions to support its next phase of growth.

A major portion of the funding will be invested in enhancing the platform’s AI capabilities, making it more intelligent, adaptive, and capable of handling complex real estate workflows. By continuously improving its product, VerbaFlo aims to become a core infrastructure layer for real estate communications globally.

The rise of AI in real estate is transforming how developers and property managers engage with customers. Automation of leasing and tenant interactions not only improves operational efficiency but also enhances customer satisfaction through faster and more personalized responses.

Investors believe that VerbaFlo’s vertical-focused AI approach positions it strongly in the evolving proptech landscape, where specialized solutions are gaining traction over generic tools.

With strong investor backing, a clear product vision, and growing global demand, VerbaFlo AI is well on its way to becoming a key player in AI-driven real estate operations, helping modernize an industry ripe for digital transformation.
