Listed SaaS company Capillary Technologies has announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire SessionM, Mastercard’s customer loyalty and rewards business, in an all-cash transaction valued at $20 million (₹181.8 crore). The company expects to complete the acquisition within the next six months, subject to customary closing conditions.

SessionM, which operates under Mastercard, is a well-established customer loyalty and engagement platform serving large enterprises across retail, QSR, and consumer services. As part of the transaction, a specialised team from SessionM will join Capillary Technologies, ensuring continuity of operations and preservation of deep domain expertise in loyalty and rewards.
