Nua Raises $50 Million in Series C to Accelerate Growth and Strengthen Women’s Wellness Portfolio
Women’s wellness brand Nua has raised $50 million in a Series C funding round led by Peak XV and Filter Capital, with participation from existing investors Mirabilis Investment Trust and Footpath Ventures.
The latest investment marks a significant milestone for the Mumbai-based startup as it looks to strengthen its position in India’s rapidly evolving women’s wellness market. Nua plans to deploy the fresh capital towards brand building, expanding distribution and strengthening its research and development capabilities.

Founded in 2017, Nua has built a broad portfolio focused on women’s everyday health and wellness needs. The company currently operates across period care, maternity care and everyday intimate care, serving more than 3 million women and girls every month.
The funding comes as Nua enters its next phase of growth, with the company setting an ambitious target of achieving a fivefold increase in its annualised revenue run rate, from approximately Rs 100 crore to Rs 500 crore over the next 24 months.
Despite its aggressive growth ambitions, Nua aims to maintain profitability while scaling its brand and distribution footprint across the country. The company’s strategy reflects the growing opportunity for specialised consumer brands that combine strong product offerings with deeper consumer engagement and a digitally driven approach to commerce.

With consumer awareness around women’s health and wellness continuing to expand, Nua is positioned to benefit from increasing demand for accessible, convenient and category-focused products. Its presence across multiple stages of women’s lives also provides the company with an opportunity to build a broader and more connected wellness ecosystem.
The new capital is expected to support Nua’s efforts to increase its visibility among consumers, strengthen its retail and distribution network and accelerate product innovation through greater investment in research and development.

The participation of existing investors Mirabilis Investment Trust and Footpath Ventures alongside new lead investors Peak XV and Filter Capital also signals continued investor confidence in Nua’s business model and long-term growth potential.
As Nua moves toward its Rs 500 crore revenue ambition, the company will look to combine brand expansion, distribution growth and product innovation while continuing to serve millions of women across India.
The latest funding round represents another important step in Nua’s journey to become a leading name in India’s women’s wellness ecosystem, while demonstrating the growing investor interest in consumer brands addressing large and evolving healthcare and wellness markets.
